My path

A career built where systems, people and pressure meet.

I started in IT support in southern Brazil, spent years inside enterprise technology, moved to Germany and kept building around one theme: turning complex work into decisions people can trust.

My current professional chapter is at FRoSTA AG. This website is personal: a place for writing, context and the ideas that do not fit neatly inside a job title.

The throughline is broader than any single platform: enterprise systems, AI, project delivery, migration, leadership, language, trust and the practical reality of change.
